Wildra

Support

Write to hello@wildra.com.au and I’ll answer. It’s one person, so it might take a day or two, but it won’t take a week.

If something’s broken, tell me what you were doing and what your iPhone is — that usually saves a round of questions.

Common things

My trips aren’t on my other device.

Sync is part of membership, and both devices need to be signed in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive on. If that’s all true and something still hasn’t arrived, write to me — I’d want to know.

I stopped my membership. Where are my trips?

Where they were. Nothing is deleted when a membership ends. Everything stays on your phone and stays readable. Sync pauses, and starting a fourth trip asks you to put one away first.

How do I cancel?

Through Apple, not through me: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep membership until the period you’ve paid for ends.

I want a refund.

Apple handles all payments and all refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. I have no ability to refund a purchase myself, though I’m happy to help you word the request.

I paid the founding price. Will it change?

Not while you keep your membership. If it lapses, it goes back to the standard price.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Your gear exports as a CSV from your profile, in the same format LighterPack uses.

Is there an Android version?

No, and I won’t pretend one’s coming. Wildra is built on Apple’s own storage, which is what lets your walks stay in your iCloud rather than on my server. Doing Android properly would mean a different foundation.

Is there a website version?

Being built — gear entry and planning on a computer, for members. No date yet.
